Telegram Bot Scheduled Messages — No Code
Want a message on Telegram every morning at 9, a reminder every Monday, or a ping every few hours? A bot can do it, and you do not need to write code or rent a server. Paste your bot token, let this page find your chat id, write the message — with the date, time or weekday filled in when it sends — and send a test to see it arrive. Then choose the schedule: the page writes a small Google Apps Script that you paste into your own Google account once, and Google sends the message on time from then on, for free, with your computer off. Every request to Telegram goes from your browser straight to Telegram; the token never passes through this site.
Test Before You Schedule
Send the exact message to your chat first, with {date}, {time} and {weekday} filled in.
Chat ID Found for You
Press Start in your bot and the page reads the chat id from Telegram — yours, a group’s or a channel’s.
Runs With Your Computer Off
The schedule lives in Google Apps Script under your own Google account: daily, weekdays, weekly, hourly or every few minutes.
Token Never Shared
No server of ours in between and no account. The token goes from your browser to Telegram and into your own script.
!How It Works, Step by Step
Paste the token @BotFather gave you and press Check token.
Open your bot, press Start, then press Find my chat.
Write the message and send a test.
Choose when it repeats, copy the script into script.new, and run setup once.
In Your Browser vs. on a Server
| Feature | Local (Us) | Cloud Tool |
|---|---|---|
| Where the bot token goes | Your browser → Telegram, and your own script | Stored on the service’s server |
| Cost of the schedule | Free (Google Apps Script) | Often a paid plan |
| Account needed | Only the Google account you already have | Sign-up |
| Setup | Paste a script and press Run once | All in their dashboard |
